A 32-year-old Azerbaijani-origin man, Ahmad Jahangard Takalo, living in Van, Turkey, faced a shock while shopping. His bank card was blocked, and when he checked his account, he saw 1 trillion lira.

According to Oxu.Az citing Turkish media, Takalo initially thought it was a system error. He went to the nearest bank branch and couldn't believe his eyes when he saw a balance of 999 billion 999 million 999 thousand 999 lira and 99 kuruş.

Living in Turkey for about 10 years, Takalo's astronomical balance triggered warning signals. MASAK, the Financial Crimes Investigation Board, immediately intervened and froze his accounts due to the suspicious large sum with unknown origin.

Takalo described the bank staff's astonishment, with the manager calling the bank director. Unable to access his accounts for a month, he asked AI what could be done with the money. The answer: build 1,000 stadiums, buy 9 truckloads of gold, or found a country of 300,000 people.

The amount equals roughly $21.8 billion, enough to place him among the top 120 richest people in Forbes' World's Rich list. Experts suggest this was a software glitch or synchronization error, and the money will be systematically withdrawn.
