Austrian farmer Rudolf Schaubach created special armor to protect sheep from wolves.

The move comes amid rising wolf attacks in Austria and neighboring Germany.

The invention took three years to develop. A lightweight plastic net with spiky protrusions does not restrict sheep movement.

Wolves feel pain and avoid repeat attacks.
