Information about cyberattacks and threats to critical systems in the country will be centralized. This change is reflected in a proposed amendment to the Law on Information, Informatization and Information Protection.
According to the draft, the National CERT will coordinate information exchange on cyber threats, attacks, and incidents. However, data on the security of infrastructure belonging to intelligence and counterintelligence entities will not be disclosed or shared with other bodies.
Cybersecurity rules for these entities will be regulated by their own normative acts.
