The Radziwiłł Palace in Dyatlovo, Belarus, has been sold at auction for just 90 Belarusian rubles (about $32). The news was reported by TASS, citing the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange.
The palace is a two-story brick building with a basement and four cold structures. It is historically linked to Prince Ulrik Christopher Radziwiłł of the Holy Roman Empire. From 1938 to 2010, a dental clinic operated there, yet original architectural elements were preserved.
The market value of the property is 255,000 Belarusian rubles (around $91,000). The buyer is a Russian woman. This is not the first time the palace has been put up for sale.
