US President Donald Trump has said he does not currently plan to hold anyone accountable for the strike on a girls' school in Iran at the beginning of the war.
He made the remarks at a press conference during the G7 summit in France. Trump stated that no one did it intentionally and that mistakes happen in war.
He added that an investigation is underway, led by the Pentagon, and a report could be presented soon.
Recall that on February 28, the Iranian government claimed that the US and Israel struck a primary school for girls in Minab. The attack killed 175 people, including 168 students, and injured 95 others.
