Iranian leadership has prepared a four-stage plan to reach an agreement with the US.
According to Oxu.Az, the Fars news agency reported this, citing Saeed Ajarlu, a member of Tehran's negotiation team.
According to the agency's interlocutor, the plan has not yet been sent to Washington.
The first stage of the plan involves a complete cessation of hostilities. "This issue should cover all parties and all fronts: both Iran and the US, as well as the resistance front," Ajarlu said.
In the second stage, Iran proposes resolving four issues: shipping in the Strait of Hormuz, lifting the blockade on Iranian ports, lifting oil sanctions, and releasing part of Iran's frozen assets.
In the third stage, negotiation groups will discuss sanctions and the nuclear program. In the final stage, a committee will be established to monitor both sides' compliance with their obligations under the agreement.
"The members of this committee have not yet been confirmed, but Iran is striving to include friendly and allied countries in this mechanism so that the implementation process receives the necessary support," Ajarlu noted.
