State employees working in liberated territories will receive a monthly housing allowance of 100 manat.
Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision granting this payment to those whose registered address is more than 50 km from their workplace. The distance condition does not apply to military personnel.
Additionally, an extra 50 manat per family member (up to three members) will be paid, but only to one person per family.
The decision does not cover military personnel and their families. It will take effect on January 1, 2027.
