Deputy Finance Minister Anar Karimov spoke at the "Youth Without Borders" event during the IDB Group Annual Meetings in Baku.

He stated that Azerbaijan has allocated approximately $2 billion to education over the past five years.

Nearly 70,000 young people received educational and financial support.

Karimov emphasized: "Youth are a strategic investment, not a social expense."
