President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree introducing a new approach to business projects. State support for business loans will be applied in all regions except Baku and Absheron until the end of 2030.
Economist Jafar Ibrahimli stated that the new mechanism will be implemented through the Business Development Fund. Subsidies for farmers are envisaged under the state program for agriculture.
