In 2025, 968 million manat was allocated from the state budget to 44 public legal entities.

Finance Minister Sahil Babayev announced this during a plenary session of the Milli Majlis.

He noted that last year, 504 million manat was spent on agricultural producers, 85 million on preferential mortgage loans, and 15 million on subsidies for entrepreneurs.
