Jala Amirabayeva stated that there is a serious shortage of personnel in agriculture. At a meeting chaired by President Ilham Aliyev, it was noted that the population should remain in the regions.

The Deputy Chair of the Association of Fruit and Vegetable Producers and Exporters emphasized that young people are moving from regions to cities and abroad. The agricultural sector needs professional specialists.

The President highlighted increasing productivity and applying new technologies as key goals. This requires educated young people.

Access to foreign markets was also discussed. The state supports entrepreneurs, but attracting youth to vocational schools is crucial.

The agricultural sector is one of the promising fields of the future. Even if artificial intelligence changes many areas, the need for food will always remain.
