AZANS, the Air Traffic Management of Azerbaijan Airlines, part of AZCON Holding, participated in the Airspace World 2026 exhibition and CANSO Leadership Summit.
AZANS held strategic meetings and partnership initiatives to strengthen international cooperation in air navigation, enhance operational resilience, and shape future airspace solutions.
Airspace World is one of the world's leading aviation platforms, with representatives from over 140 countries, more than 200 companies, and over 10,000 international participants.
AZANS showcased Azerbaijan's air navigation system and strategic transit potential at its stand.
At an international media briefing, AZANS discussed the transformation of global air traffic flows amid geopolitical shifts and the management of increasing traffic volumes in Azerbaijan's airspace.
Leadership also took part in a panel discussion on strengthening airspace in a new geopolitical era, addressing safety, civil-military coordination, digital transformation, and sustainable ATM solutions.
AZANS announced new cooperation initiatives with international partners including DFS Aviation Services, UK CAAI, NATS, and Rohde & Schwarz.
These agreements cover next-generation ATM systems, digital transformation of air navigation infrastructure, enhanced safety management systems, and the application of advanced international practices.
The AZANS delegation also held talks with ICAO, EUROCONTROL, HungaroControl, INDRA, Aireon, and other organizations.
