Anar Karimov: Mortgage loans affordable in Azerbaijan

Anar Karimov, First Deputy Minister of Finance, stated that standard mortgage loans are affordable for citizens in Azerbaijan. Over the past 20 years, 58,000 mortgage agreements have been signed.

He made these remarks at the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku. Karimov also noted that preferential social mortgage programs exist for vulnerable groups.
