AZCON Holding Executive Director Shahin Babayev stated that the holding forms a more agile financing and unified management model.

The main goal is institutional development, operational efficiency, and preparation for privatization of state entities.

The Baku International Sea Trade Port was merged with Azerbaijan Railways, achieving a record container handling of 107,000 TEU.

Baku Metro, BakuBus, and Baku Taxi Service are being united under one structure. Passenger traffic increased by 21% to 10.3 million people.

In telecommunications, broadband internet coverage reached 100%, with speeds up to 156.9 Mbps.

Over 10 areas for AI and cloud technologies have been identified, and SIMA digital platform users reached 4.2 million.

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank allocated $180 million for metro expansion.
