A federal jury in Seattle ruled in favor of Boeing on Friday, finding it not guilty of fraud in a $153 million lawsuit by LOT Polish Airlines over the 737 MAX.

LOT accused Boeing of concealing critical information about the MCAS flight-control software, linked to two fatal crashes in 2018 and 2019.

The jury deliberated for about three hours after a two-week trial. Boeing expressed satisfaction, while LOT indicated it may explore further legal options.

The case is part of ongoing legal challenges for Boeing over the MAX program.
