The President of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), Serhat Köksal, expressed his gratitude to the Azerbaijani government for the strong and reliable partnership formed over many years.

According to Oxu.Az, he made these remarks during the 28th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the BSTDB held in Baku.

The head of the institution emphasized that Azerbaijan has transformed into a dynamic economy with strong institutions, modern infrastructure, and a diversified production base over recent decades:

"Azerbaijan today plays a crucial role not only as a leading energy producer but also as a strategic transport and logistics hub connecting East and West, North and South. The Bank's activities in Azerbaijan have continuously evolved in line with the country's changing economic priorities. The annual meeting in Baku is an important platform for establishing new partnerships, evaluating investment opportunities, and discussing practical support mechanisms for Azerbaijan's next development phase."

Serhat Köksal stated that the institution he represents is ready to expand cooperation to implement new projects that will contribute to Azerbaijan's sustainable development.
