The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) has updated its oil production forecast for Azerbaijan.
According to Oxu.Az, the forecast was published in the June edition of the "Short-Term Energy Outlook" report.
For 2026, daily oil production is expected to reach 550,000 barrels, up from the previous forecast of 540,000 barrels.
Quarterly forecasts also increased: Q2 at 550,000 bpd (previously 540,000), Q3 and Q4 at 540,000 bpd (previously 530,000).
In 2025, production averaged between 560,000 and 570,000 bpd across quarters.
