Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov has announced the incentives planned under the Great Return program.
Within the Second State Program, benefits on taxes, customs, social payments and utility connections are envisaged. Extension of benefit periods, new promotion mechanisms and expanded access to financial resources are key goals.
The minister added that credit interest subsidization, geological research and human capital strengthening will also be prioritized.
