The winners of the 5th IsDB Group Startups & Innovation Pitch Competition 2026, held as part of the 51st Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group in Baku, have been announced.
According to Oxu.Az, the information was released by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA).
The competition, themed "Empowering Innovation, AI, Finance, Trade & Entrepreneurship in IsDB Markets," took place on June 17 at the Baku Congress Center, where 12 finalists presented their projects.
The winners were announced on June 18. First place (Gold) went to BioSell ($5,000), second place (Silver) to Bayuti ($4,000), and third place (Bronze) to Park Hub ($3,000). Six other startups received special awards.
Over 220 applications were received from Azerbaijan for the competition, organized in partnership with KOBIA.
