Munehiro Hosono, Executive Director of INPEX, Japan's largest oil and gas exploration and production company, stated that Azerbaijan is a country with significant future potential.
Speaking at the Baku Energy Forum, he highlighted INPEX's 10% stake in the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) oil field, calling it a key asset and foundation of long-term trust with SOCAR and partners.
Hosono emphasized plans to participate in new gas projects and enhance existing assets, aiming to deepen the partnership for sustainable development.
