Finance Minister Sahil Babayev stated that last year some investment expenditures were not implemented.
Speaking at a parliamentary session, he said: "The bulk of unused investment expenditures, 334 million manats, consist of loans for projects co-financed with foreign creditors."
He noted that optimistic scenarios are used in forecasting, and fund attraction ensures implementation.
Additionally, the Cabinet of Ministers approved rules for monitoring investment projects.
