Azerbaijan may introduce a minimum hourly wage. The issue is reflected in the new General Collective Agreement.

According to Oxu.Az, the parties have committed to gradually increase the minimum wage, align its ratio to the average wage with European Social Charter requirements, and achieve legislative changes for hourly minimum wage implementation.
