Azerbaijan's mortgage loans hit 200M manat in 5 months, down 2.2% year-on-year.

Mortgage loans reach 200M manat in 5 months

In January-May of this year, the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) issued 200 million manat in loans.

This is 2.2% less compared to the same period last year.

The amount of refinanced loans decreased by 33.3% to 100.4 million manat.

Funds raised through bond issuance fell 39.4% to 200 million manat, while state budget allocations remained unchanged at 42.6 million manat.
