Presidential aide Zeynal Naghdaliyev announced at a regional meeting in Agdash that a new State Program for 2026-2030 has been discussed.

The program defines a new development model for the agricultural sector.

The main goal is to achieve higher and quality products per hectare, transitioning from extensive to intensive development.

The State Program aims to strengthen food security, increase export orientation, and develop fisheries.
