New fines have been established in Azerbaijan. The Parliament has approved the amendments.

During the plenary session of the Milli Majlis, amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses were adopted. Officials who hire persons with narcological diseases based on medical examination will be fined 3000 manat.

Those who hire without a medical certificate will be fined 1000 manat. Providing false information about cutting bushes results in fines: individuals 500 manat, officials 3000 manat, legal entities 5000 manat.

Failure to submit financial lease reports also leads to fines. Late submission of food balance data incurs penalties.

Repeat offenders face higher fines. Offenders who eliminate the causes of the violation within 10 business days are exempt from liability.
