Parliament has adopted the law on the execution of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025.
According to Oxu.az, the issue was discussed at an extraordinary plenary session of parliament.
During the reporting year, state budget revenues reached 39 billion 184.6 million manats against a forecast of 38 billion 356 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 828.6 million manats (2.2%). Compared to 2024, revenues increased by 2 billion 22.8 million manats (5.4%).
The share of budget revenues in GDP was 30.4%, which is 1% higher than the previous year.
Revenue breakdown: 16 billion 355.2 million manats from tax authorities, 6 billion 369.9 million manats from customs, 14 billion 481 million manats from the Oil Fund, and the remainder from other sources.
The bill was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
