AQP told Oxu.az that the overall real estate market continued to grow in May 2026, with varying dynamics across segments.

The AQP Composite Real Estate Index reached 106.0 in May, indicating an average increase of 6.0% compared to December 2025.

Comprehensive analysis shows that the land segment was the main driver of the market.
