Ilham Guliyev, deputy chairman of the Regional Water Melioration Service, stated that the Tartarchay main canal and left bank canal, starting from the Tartar-Sugovushan hydrojunction, have been restored after the war.
Currently, preparation work is underway for the reconstruction of the right bank canal. The reconstruction will be carried out after the complete demining of the areas.
Guliyev noted that the projects will contribute to the restoration of the region's water management infrastructure, expansion of irrigation capabilities, and development of agriculture.
