Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decision approving the procedure for determining the degree of loss of occupational work capacity for those injured in industrial accidents and occupational diseases.

The assessment will be carried out by the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

Applications can be submitted via the MEIS "Labor and Employment" subsystem, the "e-social" portal, or based on a court decision.

The agency will inform the applicant about the date and place of the assessment within 10 business days.
