Shares of Elon Musk's SpaceX plummeted $400 billion in market value in a single day.

On June 22, the company's stock fell 16.43%, dropping from $185 to $154.6 per share.

The decline brought SpaceX's total market capitalization from $2.437 trillion down to $2.037 trillion.

SpaceX had just gone public on June 12, with the largest IPO in history.
