Presidential aide Shahmar Movsumov stated at a regional meeting in Qakh that the goals and objectives of the State Program are being explained across all economic regions.
He noted that over the past decade, important institutional and structural reforms have been implemented in the agrarian sector, state support mechanisms expanded, and modern infrastructure created.
The necessary base for sustainable agricultural development has already been formed. Azerbaijan's resources enable higher productivity, profitability, and export opportunities.
