The National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection analyzed 61,400 vacancies from 2022-2025. It identified the top 10 most demanded professions in Azerbaijan's labor market.

Education, finance, and IT remain stable and strategically important. While most vacancies did not mention salary, the average monthly salary in those that did was 745 manat in 2022, 858 manat in 2023, 939 manat in 2024, and 959 manat in 2025.

The most sought-after soft skill is communication. Teamwork and responsibility are also highly valued.
