Turkish riot police fired tear gas and smashed into the main opposition party's headquarters on Sunday to evict its ousted leadership, deepening a political crisis.
Police broke through a makeshift barricade as party members shouted and threw objects from inside.
A court had removed CHP leader Ozgur Ozel, annulling the 2023 congress results. The Ankara governor ordered the eviction.
Ozel condemned the ruling as a "judicial coup" and vowed to fight it.
