A 42-year-old man named N. Qadirov has been arrested in Baku's Khazar district for publicly insulting members of a martyr's family.
According to reports, Qadirov deliberately showed disrespect to the family in a public place. He was detained by police officers, and the case materials were sent to the Khazar District Court for legal assessment.
The court decision resulted in Qadirov being administratively arrested for 15 days. The sentence was carried out immediately.
Authorities emphasize that society will not tolerate disrespect toward the families of martyrs. Similar strict measures are taken against offenders.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs continues awareness campaigns to prevent such incidents.
