Sean Combs, better known as P. Diddy, is once again at the center of a scandal. He is now accused of sexually assaulting a minor artist.
According to Oxu.Az, the New York Post reported on a new lawsuit filed in California. The plaintiff claims the incident occurred in May 2007 at a party in the Hollywood Hills.
The plaintiff alleges that Combs got him drunk and then took him to a back room under the pretense of discussing potential projects. Court documents describe Combs' behavior as extremely vile and intentionally causing emotional distress.
Combs' attorney, Judah Engelmyer, has called all allegations false and absurd. He emphasized that his client never forced children into sexual acts and that plaintiffs are simply trying to profit from his high-profile case.
It should be noted that the 56-year-old Sean Combs is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence for sex trafficking-related crimes and is awaiting trial on dozens of similar allegations.
