The US Treasury Department has inspected the mansion of famous Russian singer Filipp Kirkorov in Miami Beach.
According to Oxu.Az, the "Baza" Telegram channel reported this. Kirkorov now owes about $80,000 in taxes to the US budget.
The mansion, located on La Gorce Drive, one of Miami Beach's most expensive areas, has belonged to Kirkorov since 2011. The 1,380 square meter property includes a main house, a guest house with elevators, a pool, garage, terraces, and a spa.
In 2025, without any renovations, the area of some structures decreased. For instance, the main house's first floor shrank by 12 square meters, and the spa from 7.5 to 2.8 square meters.
The changes resulted from reassessments by tax appraisers, common practice in Miami. Consequently, the mansion's value dropped from $6.4 million to $6.07 million.
However, property taxes still increased. In 2024, Kirkorov paid $74,500, and in 2025, approximately $77,000.
