A court in Sumgait sentenced 24-year-old N.A. to 15 years in prison for driving a 16-year-old teenager to suicide.
The investigation revealed that N.A. blackmailed the teen on social media, hacked his Instagram account, and spread compromising information. He told the victim, "Go hang yourself," pushing him to suicide.
N.A. also blackmailed another 15-year-old teen using the same method. The court found him guilty of incitement to suicide and serious crimes against minors.
The defendant pleaded not guilty and sought acquittal, but the court sentenced him to 15 years in a strict regime prison.
