Seventeen private houses have been restored in the first phase in Boyuk Galaderesi village of Shusha district.
Ismayil Ismayilov, senior advisor to the President's special representative in Shusha, announced this.
The village, occupied in 1992, was liberated during an anti-terror operation in 2023.
Infrastructure works include electricity, gas, water lines, road improvements, a park, and a Flag Square.
Currently, 14 families (64 people) have returned, and 20 more houses are planned for the next phase.
