Penitentiary Service reports 31 marriages and 6 births in correctional facilities.

According to the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice, 31 marriages were registered in correctional facilities in the first five months of this year.

Additionally, from January 1, 2025, to June 1, 2026, six births were recorded at Correctional Facility No. 4.

Last year, 113 marriages took place in prisons.
