A 34-year-old Azerbaijani diaspora activist, Natavan Gasimzade, passed away in London. Born in Baku in 1992, she completed her secondary and bachelor's education there.
She later earned a master's degree in hematology from the University of Westminster and worked in medicine in the UK. Natavan was pregnant at the time of her death.
According to the State Committee on Diaspora Affairs, she actively participated in the 44-day Patriotic War, providing accurate information to the international community.
The committee expressed condolences to her family and loved ones.
