The 3rd Forum of Azerbaijani Engineers Living in Europe has started in Hamburg, Germany.
The forum's theme is "Smart City Technologies and Processes".
Organized by the Alliance of German Azerbaijanis and the State Committee on Diaspora Affairs, the event is part of the "Year of Urban Planning and Architecture".
Gunay Mirzayeva opened the event, national anthems were played, and martyrs were commemorated. Altay Rustamli, head of the Alliance, delivered a speech.
Professor Elkhan Sadig-Zade presented the outcomes of the 2nd Forum.
