Citizens have filed complaints with Baku TV's hotline against Chimnaz Feyzullayeva, accused of fraud.
According to the complainants, Feyzullayeva took money from them with various promises. Victim Sahiba Nazarova says that despite repeated attempts to get disability status for her seriously ill mother, she was refused for various reasons. She claims Feyzullayeva introduced herself as an official of TABIB and promised to solve the problem.
The complainant notes that Feyzullayeva promised to properly prepare documents and send them to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, resulting in disability approval, and took 6,000 manat for this purpose. She says later calls went unanswered and the money was not returned. When she threatened to publicize the matter, she received threats.
Another complainant, Khagani Hasanov, claims Feyzullayeva took 2,500 manat from him, promising to find a job for his wife. Neither the job was provided nor the money returned.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that investigations revealed 53-year-old Chimnaz Feyzullayeva defrauded citizens with various promises. A criminal case has been initiated at the Narimanov District Police Department on five episodes of fraud. Investigation is ongoing.
