Citizens sometimes mistakenly transfer money to someone else's card. What does the law say?
According to Article 1091 of the Civil Code, such a transfer is considered "unjust enrichment" and must be refunded.
First, contact your bank to open a "wrong transfer investigation." If the recipient refuses to return the money voluntarily, you can take the case to court.
