Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) is taking additional measures to meet passenger demand during the summer season.
On the Baku-Gabala-Baku route, the number of trips will increase from 2 to 4 from June 6. Regular services will operate on both Saturdays and Sundays in both directions.
From July 4, trains on this route will also stop at Ujar station, providing easier access for local residents.
Until August 31, trains on the Baku-Agstafa-Baku route will operate every weekend to meet growing demand in the western direction.
On the Baku-Balakan-Baku route, the schedule changes from July 1. The train will depart Baku at 23:30 (previously 23:50) and Balakan at 21:10 (previously 22:00).
Since June 6, intercity trains also depart from Darnagul station, improving accessibility for passengers.
From July 1, trains on the Absheron circular route will follow the summer schedule. On weekdays, 84 trips will be operated, while weekends remain unchanged.
ADY recommends passengers plan their trips in advance and purchase tickets on time.
