In Aghdam, the second residential complex under the "Smart City" concept has been completed, featuring 1,268 apartments.
The complex includes one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as a children's playground.
Parvin Abishova, a resident returning to her homeland after many years, shared her emotions: "I was born in Aghdam, raised in Aghjabadi. For years, we lived with longing for our homeland. The liberation of Karabakh filled us with great pride. My family was among the last to leave when Aghdam was occupied. We lost loved ones as martyrs. We grew up dreaming of Karabakh. I am grateful to be back in Aghdam today. It's a wonderful feeling."
