Heavy rain and flooding have raised water levels in Agsuchay. The road to Shamakhi mountain villages of Galeybugurd, Galaderesi, and Keshme has been completely destroyed.
According to a video report by Baku TV, drivers cannot move in that direction, and the road is considered closed.
Residents say the situation has caused difficulties. Many cars cannot reach the district center. Even tourists visiting the villages face problems leaving.
