Albania's Deputy Prime Minister Albana Koçiu stated that Baku is not only a center of energy connections but has also become a global platform for dialogue and ideas.

Oxu.Az reports that these remarks were made at the Leaders Summit within the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

Koçiu thanked Azerbaijan for its high-level organization. She noted that the housing issue is at the center of discussions: "Security, children growing up in unfavorable conditions, communities facing disasters show that this problem is global.
