The World Urban Forum (WUF13) is both a great honor and an important responsibility for Azerbaijan.
According to Oxu.Az, this was stated by Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture and National Coordinator of WUF13, during the Leaders Summit held within the framework of WUF13.
He recalled that for the first time, a summit of heads of state and government is being held as part of the event in Baku.
"WUF13 creates a unique opportunity to form a shared vision for the future of cities. Today's event is also a great opportunity for leaders to define the future urban vision," he added.
