Proposed changes to legislation on IDPs in parliament are a positive step.
Anar Khalilov, chairman of the Public Council under the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs, said this.
He noted that for over 30 years, the state has cared for IDPs, paying monthly allowances and improving housing conditions.
Under the leadership of the Supreme Commander, territories have been liberated. The Great Return Program is being implemented.
Returnees will always be under state attention. Status issues are regulated by law.
The state program prioritizes education, healthcare, and social services. New schools and enterprises are being built.
