Women in the UK are the angriest in Europe, according to a new study.
This data comes from "The Independent" citing the "Hologic" Global Women's Health Index. Researchers analyzed the psychological well-being and health indicators of over 76,000 participants.
In 2024, about 25% of British women reported feeling anger the day before the survey. This is significantly higher than the European average of 13%. Moreover, while other European countries remained stable, the UK saw a sharp 47% increase in anger over the past year.
Experts link this rise in aggression to the healthcare crisis. The UK has dropped to 48th place out of 142 countries in the global women's health ranking, hitting a historic low.
Chronic physical pain (reported by a third of respondents) is a major health issue for British women. 40% of participants worry about difficulty accessing medical care, and 70% have faced problems with healthcare quality in the last five years.
